By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you signify your full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Subject to the user's compliance with these Terms of Service, the Company grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use this Application on compatible devices, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Users shall not engage in the following behaviors:
- Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of this Application;
- Copying (except for necessary installation purposes), modifying, translating, or creating derivative works based on this Application;
- Renting, leasing, lending, selling, sublicensing, or distributing this Application;
- Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained within this Application;
- Using automated tools (including, but not limited to, bots or crawlers) to access or use this Application;
- Using this Application for any illegal purpose or for any activity that violates these Terms of Service.
Article 4: Intellectual Property and Content Rights
The images contained within this Application have been publicly licensed and generated by artificial intelligence. With the exception of the aforementioned images, the intellectual property rights to all other content within this Application (including, but not limited to, interface design, text, icons, code, and audio) belong to the Company or its licensors.
If a User believes that any content within this Application infringes upon their intellectual property rights, they may contact the Company at dawn.crawford@osculumguildinc.com and provide proof of ownership; the Company will address such claims in accordance with applicable laws.
Any suggestions, opinions, or feedback ("Feedback") provided by a User to the Company shall be deemed to constitute a gratuitous, perpetual, and irrevocable license for the Company to use such Feedback in any manner, without any obligation to compensate the User.
Article 5: In-App Purchases
This Application offers in-app purchase items (including, but not limited to, virtual items, consumables, and unlockable content) via the Google Play payment system. All purchases are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and Payment Terms.
Virtual items are intended for use solely within this Application; they possess no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or physical goods, and are non-transferable.
Article 6: Modification and Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate this Application (or any part thereof) at any time, without prior notice.
In the event that a User violates these Terms of Service, the Company may immediately terminate this license and revoke the User's access to this Application. Upon termination, the User must immediately uninstall this Application.
Article 7: Disclaimer of Warranties
This Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant that this Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or timely, nor does it warrant that any defects will be corrected.
Article 8: Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to goodwill. As this Application is provided free of charge, the Company's total aggregate liability to the User shall be zero.
Article 9: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation and validity of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware, USA, for resolution.

Supplementary Provisions
Alignment with Google Play: This Application is distributed via Google Play. A user's use of this Application is subject to, and must comply with, both the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement (DDA) and the Google Play Developer Program Policies. Pursuant to Section 4.7 of the DDA, users should contact the Company regarding any defects or performance issues related to this Application.
Severability: If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These policies constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding the use of this Application.
Governing Language: The Chinese version of this Policy shall be deemed the authoritative version. Should users require a version in another language, please contact the Company.
