Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to in-app purchases made through the Google Play Store for Journey Gallery: Match Game. The basic download and usage of this Application are free of charge.

Article 1: Scope of Application

This Refund Policy applies to situations where Users purchase in-app items (including, but not limited to, virtual items, game props, etc.) through the Google Play Store. The basic download and usage of this Application are free of charge.

Article 2: Google Play Refund Channel (Priority)

All purchases are processed through the Google Play payment system; therefore, Users requesting a refund should first process their request through the official Google Play channels:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: Users may log in to their Google Play account, access their Order History, and follow the prompts to request a refund.
  • More than 48 hours after purchase: Users must contact the Company, and the Company will assist in processing the request.

Article 3: Discretionary Refunds by the Company

For refund requests that do not meet the criteria for automatic refunds via Google Play but present reasonable grounds, the Company will review each case individually based on the following circumstances:

  • Technical Defects: If the purchased content cannot be used due to substantial technical defects within the Application, the Company may provide a fix, alternative content, or a discretionary refund.
  • Erroneous Purchases or Duplicate Charges: Upon presentation of valid proof of purchase by the User, the Company will assist in refunding the amounts corresponding to duplicate or erroneously purchased items.

Article 4: Circumstances Under Which Refunds Are Not Granted

The Company will not grant refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Virtual items that have already been used or consumed (except in cases where non-delivery was due to technical reasons);
  • Transactions where more than 90 days have elapsed since the time of purchase;
  • Cases where a user's access privileges have been terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service;
  • Cases where a user requests a refund based on subjective preferences or dissatisfaction with content (provided that such content was fully displayed and presented prior to purchase);
  • So-called "purchases" made through unofficial channels.

Article 5: How to Request a Refund

Users must submit refund requests to the Company via email:

  • Email Address: dawn.crawford@osculumguildinc.com
  • Subject Line: Please clearly indicate "Refund Request"
  • Email Content: Must include the Google Play Order Number (beginning with "GPA."), the date and amount of the purchase, a description of the purchased item(s), the reason for the refund request, and the associated Google Account information.

The Company will complete its review and issue a response within 15 business days of receiving a complete refund request. Any approved refunds will be processed and returned via the original payment method used.

Article 6: Updates to the Refund Policy

The Company may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, accompanied by an indication of the update date.
